How to Make Onion Dosa

  • Mix the rice flour and the cream of wheat with 4 cups of water and salt to taste.
  • Fry the onion pieces, cut green chillies with cumin seeds and mustard.
  • Mix this with the dough already prepared.
  • Use this dough to prepare dosas in the conventional way.
  • Serve this hot with coconut or green chutney.
