Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh unsour curds
  • 1/4 cup - Milk (if required)
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 - tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 - small green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Sugar powdered
  • salt to taste

How to Make Onion Pachadi

  • Beat curd till smooth and keep aside. Use milk if the curd is either sour or too thick.
  • Add and beat till well Blend.
  • Add cumin, salt, chilli and sugar and mix well.
  • Add tomato, onion and coriander and mix well with a ladle.
  • Refrigerate till required.
  • Serve with pongal, lime rice, or any other pulao or biryani.
