Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 2 - medium sized Onions finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 - medium sized green chilli, finely sliced
  • 1/4 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp - oil for kneading
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil/ghee
  • How to Make Onion Parathas for breakfast:

    1. Mix the flour along with all the ingredients and knead to form a dough. Keep aside for 10-15 mins.
    2. Divide the flour into equal round balls.
    3. Roll it out gently like a chapatti using a rolling pin.
    4. Heat tawa, drizzle oil or ghee and cook both sides of parathas till done.
