Ingredients

  • 1 kg - small madras Onions
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 to 4 Lemons
  • salt to taste

How to Make Onion Pickle

  • Peel the outer skin of the onions and put them in a glass jar.
  • Add chilli powder, salt and lime juice to it. Mix well.
  • This can be ready within two three hours. Consume within two to three days.
