Ingredients

  • 2 - medium size Potato
  • 3/4 cup - finely chopped Spring onions
  • 6 slice - white bread
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - green chilly paste
  • 1/2 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup - cheese
  • Butter as required
  • salt to taste

How to Make Onion Potato Sandwich

  • Boil potatoes and after pealing the skin crush them.
  • Add spring onion (chopped), ginger, garlic, green chilli, soya sauce, cheese and salt.
  • Apply butter on one side of the bread.
  • Keep potato and spring onion stuffing between the breads.
  • Grill the sandwich.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or coriander and green chilli chutney.
