  • 1 cup - Brown rice flour
  • 1/2 cup - Wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup - All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup - Onions(finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Frozen methi leaves
  • 1 tbsp- Black sesame seeds
  • Salt
  • 1/4 cup - Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder

How to Make Onion, Sesame and Methi Leaves Crackers

  • Combine the brown rice flour, wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, frozen methi leaves, black sesame seeds, chopped onions, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.
  • Gradually add the olive oil and mix till you get a crumbly texture.
  • Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with baking sheet. Roll out the dough with rolling pin to the size of a large plate and cut the dough with cookie cutter. Arrange the crackers over the baking sheet.
  • Gather the dough and repeat the process until the dough is finished.
  • Bake the crackers for 15-20 minutes until they turn golden brown.
