How to Make Onion Stuffed Bitter Gourd Curry

  • Cut bitter gourd into two. Make two slits on each side.
  • Saute them in 2 tsp oil and cook covered with a lid on low flame.
  • Meanwhile grind onion, red chilli, cumin and salt to a coarse paste.
  • Stuff this onion paste in the sauteed bitter gourd and saute on low flame again till done.
  • Serve with steamed hot rice or warm chapattis.
