  • 4 large oranges, segmented
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato - cut into wedges
  • 2 cucumbers, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4-5 fresh Basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup - shredded Lettuce leaves
  • 120 ml - mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Orange and parsley salad

  • Mix the parsley and lettuce in a bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise and basil leaves.
  • Add tomato, cucumber and orange segments.
  • Toss well and serve.
