Ingredients

  • 2 - Orange (thinly sliced in rounds)
  • 1 cup - Raspberry (sliced in rounds)
  • 1 cup - strawberries(sliced)
  • 1/2 cup - red Onion (sliced in rounds)
  • 1/2 cup - Mint or salad leaves
  • for dressing: 3 tbsp - Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup - Olive oil
  • Peeper Corn powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup - toasted and sliced Almonds

How to Make Orange berries salad

  • In a bowl mix olive oil, orange juice, pepper corn powder, and salt for dressing.
  • Keep it aside.
  • In a plate, spread mint leaves.
  • Toss orange, berries, onion and arrange on mint leaves.
  • Spread dressing and garnish with almonds.
