Ingredients

  • 1 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 tin - Milk
  • 4 tsp - gelatine
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 3 tbsp - Sugar
  • 3 - eggs, separated
  • Orange juice +Orange rind of 2 Oranges
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup - fresh Cream

How to Make Orange-Choco Ripple Pudding

  • Beat together milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and sugar till well blended.
  • Double boil this mixture till it thickens into a thick custard. Remove the custard from heat. Dissolve gelatine in water and add to the hot custard. Cool the custard over a pan of ice cubes.
  • Add fresh whipped cream. Beat the egg whites stiff and fold into the custard.
  • Divide the mixture into two parts. Add cocoa into one part, orange juice and rind into other.
  • Pour both mixtures alternately into dish and make ripples with a toothpick or knife. Refrigerate it till set.
