  • 3 Orange Cream sandwich biscuits
  • 250 ml chilled Milk
  • 1 fresh orange, segmented, peeled and deseeded
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice Cream
  • 1-2 drops Orange colour
  • 2-3 drops Orange essence
  • a few tender Mint leaves
  • How to Make Orange Cream Biscuit Frother:

    1. Chill orange segments till required. Crush biscuits coarsely and place in an electric mixer.
    2. Add 50 ml milk. Run it in the mixie to form a smooth paste.
    3. Add ice cream and run the mixie again.
    4. Add rest of milk, essence, colour and 2 orange segments.
    5. Run mixie again till mixture is very frothy.
    6. Save 3 segments and break remaining to pieces.
    7. Divide and put them in 3 chilled glasses.
    8. Pour frothy mixture over segments.
    9. Insert one segment over the rim of each glass.
    10. Place it such that it barely touches the froth. Top gently with a couple of mint leaves.
    11. Serve immediately.
