Ingredients

  • Crumble mixture:
  • bread slices - 4
  • butter - 3 tbsp
  • sugar - 3 tbsp
  • nutmeg powder - ½ tsp
  • Orange Cream Layer:
  • gelatin - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 large, separated
  • grated orange rind - 2 tsp
  • sugar - ½ cup
  • orange juice - 1 cup
  • cream cheese - 1.5 cup
  • fresh cream - 1/2 cup

How to Make Orange Cream Crumble

  • Break bread into tiny crumbs and mix with sugar and butter.
  • Spread on a baking tray and bake in oven till golden brown.
  • Allow to cool.
