Ingredients

  • Crumble mixture:
  • bread slices - 4
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Nutmeg powder - ½ tsp
  • Orange Cream Layer:
  • gelatin - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 large, separated
  • grated Orange rind - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Orange juice - 1 cup
  • Cream cheese - 1.5 cup
  • fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
  • How to Make Orange Cream Crumble:

    1. Break bread into tiny crumbs and mix with sugar and butter.
    2. Spread on a baking tray and bake in oven till golden brown.
    3. Allow to cool.
    4. Mix in the nutmeg powder.
    5. Orange Cream Layer:
    6. Soak gelatin in 2 tbsp of water.
    7. Beat egg yolks with orange rind and sugar till thick.
