How to Make Orange Peel Thuvaiyal

  • Take orange part of peel (discard the white part) and cut into pieces.
  • Boil water, add the peel, give one boil and remove from fire. Drain.
  • Roast red chillies, mustard, dal and asafetida with 1 tsp of oil.
  • Grind them with tamarind.
  • Add peel and grind.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Serve as a dip or chutney.
