Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Self-rising Flour
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 cup Castor Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Orange Pulp
  • 2 tbsp Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • How to Make Orange Pulp Cupcakes:

    1. Mix curd, caster sugar and orange pulp in a big bowl.
    2. Sieve self-rising flour in the same bowl. (If using plain flour, add a tsp of baking powder and a pinch of baking soda into it.)
    3. Add orange juice, salt and cooking oil into it. Mix everything well to make a fluffy mixture.
    4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tray.
    5. Bake it in a preheated oven on 180 degrees C for around 25-30 mins.
    6. Decorate with whipped cream and a dollop of orange pulp before serving.
