Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - water
  • 2 Egg whites, beaten until frothy
  • 1 cup - freshly squeezed Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp - grinded Orange rind
  • 8 Mint leaves, chopped

How to Make Orange Sherbet

  • Mix the sugar and water in a deep saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  • Cool the mixture and chill thoroughly in the fridge.
  • Combine the sugar mixture with the egg whites, orange juice and orange rind.
  • Chill again before serving.
