Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh Orange juice
  • 2 cups - thick double Cream
  • 3/4 cup - powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 1 tbsp - fresh Orange peel
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • Mint sprigs to garnish

How to Make Orange Sorbet Ice Cream

  • Dissolve sugar and water in a saucepan and cook with fresh orange peel for 5 mins on low flame till you get 1/4 cup syrup.
  • Remove from heat and cool completely.
  • Add fresh orange juice and honey.
  • Whisk with an electric beater for 5 mins.
  • Freeze for an hour then add cream and beat again with an electric beater for 10 mins.
  • Freeze overnight in an airtight plastic container.
  • Scoop out and serve with mint leaves.
