Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp - Peanut oil
  • 2 tsp - minced Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp - Bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp - button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup - shrimps, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - cooked shredded Chicken
  • 1/2 cup - spring onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - mug, optional
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - light soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - dark soya sauce
  • 2 tsp - chilli sauce, or to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Honey
  • 1 tsp - oriental sesame sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make

  • Heat oil in a non stick wok (kadai).
  • Add garlic and fry till dark brown.
  • Add capsicum and beans sprout.
  • Stir fry on high heat for 1 minute.
  • Add mushroom, stir fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add shrimps, stir-fry till they are cooked.
  • Add chicken and spring onion.
  • Stir fry for few seconds.
  • Add pepper powder and optional MSG.
  • Add all the sauces, honey and sesame oil.
  • Stir briskly. Taste and add salt if needed.
  • Serve immediately with egg fried rice.
