Ingredients

  • 250 g - medium-sized shrimp
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • For marination :
  • 1 cup - original picante sauce
  • 1 tbsp - ginger- garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup - lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - crushed black pepper
  • 2 sticks - celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - tandoori chicken bbq. mix
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Oven Fried shrimp

  • Blend the chopped celery to a paste.
  • Blend all the ingredients for marination with celery paste and 1 tbsp oil.
  • Coat this mixture on shrimps and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Reserve the leftover marinade.
  • Place shrimp in microwave-safe tray and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 400 degree C for 15 mins.
  • Turn shrimp and cook for another 15 mins.
  • In another skillet, prepare sauce with the leftover marination and water.
  • Garnish the shrimp fries with sauce and serve hot.
