  • 250 g - Jaggery (Gud)
  • 4 - Cardamom
  • Dry ginger - a small piece
  • 1/2 - lemon
  • 4 glasses - chilled water

How to Make Paanagam

  • Crush jaggery to powder.
  • Dissolve it in 4 glasses of already chilled water.
  • Crush cardamom and dry ginger. Add it to the mixture.
  • Add a dash of lemon juice for flavour.
  • Serve in tall glasses.
