  • 250 g - Jaggery (Gud)
  • 4 - Cardamom
  • Dry Ginger - a small piece
  • 1/2 - Lemon
  • 4 glasses - chilled water
  • How to Make Paanagam:

    1. Crush jaggery to powder.
    2. Dissolve it in 4 glasses of already chilled water.
    3. Crush cardamom and dry ginger. Add it to the mixture.
    4. Add a dash of lemon juice for flavour.
    5. Serve in tall glasses.
