  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 4 tbsp - rice, soaked
  • 1 pinch - soda bicarbonate
  • 1.5 cups - fresh coconut, grated
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Nuts and Raisins chopped
  • Water to make a thin batter
  • How to Make Paatishapta:

    1. Mix the condensed milk, coconut, nuts and raisins evenly. Blend maida, rice flour, soda and water to make a smooth batter.
    2. In a frying pan, heat 1 tsp ghee.
    3. Add 2 tbsp of batter and swirl the pan around to coat evenly.
    4. When the batter turns creamy brown, place a little coconut and condensed milk filling at one end. Roll over to the other end.
    5. Remove and serve.
