Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 of one coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 cup - curd/yogurt
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves, as required
  • Coconut oil, as required

How to Make Pachadi

  • Grate cucumber and add salt to it.
  • Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
  • Add the above paste and curd to the grated cucumber and mix well.
  • Splutter mustard seeds, saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.
