Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 of one Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 cup - curd/yogurt
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • Curry leaves, as required
  • Coconut oil, as required
  • How to Make Pachadi:

    1. Grate cucumber and add salt to it.
    2. Grind together coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
    3. Add the above paste and curd to the grated cucumber and mix well.
    4. Splutter mustard seeds, saute curry leaves in coconut oil and add it to cucumber.
