  • 2 cups - Coconut Milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 - stick of Cinnamon
  • 2 - Cloves
  • 2 - pods of Cardamom
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - cashews
  • 1 tbsp - Raisins
  • How to Make Pal Kozhukatai Kunghi:

    1. Add a splash of water to 1/2 cup maida and knead into dough.
    2. Roll it out and cut into diamond shapes.
    3. In a pan, heat coconut milk along with the spices, sugar and the remaining 1/2 cup maida. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed as you bring it to a simmer.
    4. Then add the diamond-shaped maida to the pan.
    5. Bring to a boil. Then take off heat.
    6. Garnish with cashews and raisins and serve hot.
