Ingredients

  • 2 cups - coconut milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 - stick of cinnamon
  • 2 - cloves
  • 2 - pods of cardamom
  • 1 cup - maida
  • 1 tbsp - cashews
  • 1 tbsp - raisins

How to Make Pal Kozhukatai Kunghi

  • Add a splash of water to 1/2 cup maida and knead into dough.
  • Roll it out and cut into diamond shapes.
  • In a pan, heat coconut milk along with the spices, sugar and the remaining 1/2 cup maida. Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed as you bring it to a simmer.
  • Then add the diamond-shaped maida to the pan.
  • Bring to a boil. Then take off heat.
  • Garnish with cashews and raisins and serve hot.
