  • 1 bunch- spinach leaves
  • 100 g - gram flour
  • 1 pinch - soda bicarbonate
  • 1 big pinch - ajwain
  • salt
  • Chaat masala

How to Make Palak Bhajiya

  • Mix all the above ingredients together with the exception of chaat masala and spinach.
  • Add enough water in gram flour to prepare a thick batter.
  • Wash and wipe the spinach leaves, dip the leaves into batter one by one and deep fry to a golden colour.
  • Drain on brown paper and sprinkle chaat masala on top before serving.
