How to Make Palak Cutlet

  • Chop palak and boil it.
  • Take a bowl, mash the potatoes in it and add bread crumbs.
  • Add all the pastes and all the masalas.
  • Add green peas, palak, salt and make a dough.
  • Make small cutlets out of this.
  • Take the rava in a plate and dip each cutlet in the rava so that rava covers the cutlet.
  • Shallow-fry the cutlet on a low flame till well cooked.
  • Serve with tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
