How to Make Palak Dhokla

  • Whisk all the ingredients together except seasoning and garnish and set aside for 1 hour.
  • Pour this batter in a greased vessel and place into pressure cooker. Close the cooker and cook on high flame.
  • Steam cook this batter for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and insert a toothpick to check if batter is cooked.
  • Then, heat a pan with oil, fry the sesame seeds, mustard seeds and pour over the cooked dhoklas.
  • Cut them into squares and serve along with chopped coriander leaves.
