How to Make

  • Soak rice for 4 hours. Soak dal, rice puff and barley for 3 hrs.
  • Cut palak into very small pieces and boil in hot water for 6-7 minutes.
  • Strain all the water from palak. Grind with all the above ingredients to a dosa batter.
  • Allow to ferment for 16 to 20 hours in a large container.
  • Next morning, mix well, dilute the dough and prepare dosas.
