How to Make Palak Makke Capsicum Wali

  • Boil palak in cooker, and mash after draining excess water.
  • Take a pan, add oil, saute onion paste and then add tomato puree and keep frying for 10 minutes till oil separates.
  • Now put makka and cut capsicum and fry for a while.
  • Add salt as per taste and garam masala, followed by green chilli.
  • Finally put mashed palak and keep on low fire for 3 minutes.
  • Serve.
