How to Make

  • Blanch the palak and methi.
  • Once cooked, grind it in to paste with green chillies.
  • Now mix all the flours and masalas along with lemon juice and sesame seeds.
  • Then add to it salt and a little bit of oil.
  • Add the paste of palak and methi and knead it very well.
  • Make balls with the dough and roll it out and cook on a hot tawa.
  • Apply ghee if you like.
  • Enjoy it with pickle or tomato sauce.
