How to Make Palak Moong

  • Boil dal, coriander leaves, palak, salt and turmeric together after cleaning them. This should take 30 mins (can also be pressure cooked).
  • When cooked, mash it lightly.
  • Heat a tsp of oil in a kadhai and fry the cumin seeds.
  • When they splutter, add the red chillies, the dal and palak mash. Mix well and serve hot with rice or rotis.
