Ingredients

  • Paneer - 1 lb
  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • Oil - 5 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Salt - according to taste

How to Make Palak Paneer - Stew

  • Microwave or boil spinach with onion, green chillies, salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste. Cool and grind it.
  • Now take a pan, add oil and fry the paneer pieces till golden brown.
  • Drain on a paper towel.
  • To the same, add dry red chillies, cumin, mustard seeds and allow to splutter.
  • Now, add in the spinach paste, milk and mix well. When it starts to thicken, add in paneer pieces and mix.
  • Check the salt and serve hot. Goes well with chapattis, puris and naans.
