Ingredients

  • 2 bunches - Palak
  • 200 g - Paneer
  • 1 - onion, large
  • 2 - tomatoes, large
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli power
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Palak Paneer with Tomatoes:

    1. Pressure cook the palak, tomatoes and green chillies for 5 mins.
    2. Blend using a hand blender.
    3. Heat oil in kadai and fry chopped onion till it is soft.
    4. Add ginger and garlic paste.
    5. Add paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes.
    6. Then add salt, haldi, red chilli powder and cook for another 1-2 mins.
    7. Add the blended palak and cook for 2-3 mins.
