How to Make Palak raita Beetroot raita

  • Cook palak without adding water for 5 minutes and keep it aside.
  • Using a little oil, fry green chilly till it is soft and keep it aside.
  • Now in the same oil, add hing and mustard seeds and when it crackles, put in a grated coconut.
  • Now grind coconut, mustard seeds, hing and green chilly into a fine paste.
  • Beat curd into ground paste. Add salt for taste.
  • Now chop palak and mix it into curd.
