How to Make Palak Roll

  • Take large leaves of spinach, wash and keep aside.
  • Mash the potatoes or raw bananas.
  • Mix mashed peas and grated paneer with potatoes and all other ingredients.
  • Make oval shaped balls of it and keep aside.
  • Take one spinach leaf, cut the stem, keep the ball at one side of the leaf and roll the leaf tightly.
  • Dip in the batter of maida or gram flour.
  • Then deep fry it and serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
