Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour (besan)
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Palak Vada

  • First of all take spinach leaves, gram flour, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and all above spices in a bowl. Mix all ingredients very well and make small balls out of it.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan and fry vada in oil.
  • Take out them on tissue and press them and again fry them until they become crispy.
  • Serve hot it with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup.
