  • 1 cup finely chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Gram Flour (besan)
  • 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Palak Vada:

    1. First of all take spinach leaves, gram flour, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and all above spices in a bowl. Mix all ingredients very well and make small balls out of it.
    2. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry vada in oil.
    3. Take out them on tissue and press them and again fry them until they become crispy.
    4. Serve hot it with Green Chutney or with Tomato Ketchup.
