Ingredients

  • 500 gms - puff pastry
  • 2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 3 tbsp - granulated Sugar

How to Make Palmiers

  • Preheat the oven to 210 degree Celsius.
  • Divide the pastry into three equal parts.
  • Roll out each part into a thin square.
  • Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
  • Sprinkle the mixture on top of the pastry on both sides.
  • Roll it out.
  • Roll it inwards on both sides. Sprinkle the mixture again.
  • Now again roll it inwards.
  • Now fold it together.
  • Cut it into pieces.
  • Place it in the fridge for about 15 mins.
  • Then place in the baking sheet and bake for about 15 mins.
