How to Make Pampered Paneer jalfrezi

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds for 1 min.
  • Add the sliced onions and saute until pink.
  • Now add the ginger-garlic paste and saute until brown. Now add the sliced tomatoes.
  • Add the spice powders along with salt, keep stirring frequently until the powders mix well.
  • Add the sliced capsicums and saute them for about 5 mins.
  • Finally add the paneer cubes and cook for a 2-3 mins.
  • Remove and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rotis.
