Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Chicken thighs
  • 200 gms - Cabbage, cut into 2cm square
  • 80 gms - Leeks or Spring onions, finely cut
  • 200 gms - Shredded cheese
  • Oil for frying

  • Mustardnaise:
  • 300 gms - Mayonnaise
  • 30 gms - Mustard sauce
  • 180 ml - Fresh Cream
  • 40 gms - Onions, finely chopped
  • 5 gms - Parsley, finely chopped

How to Make Pan Fried Chicken

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken until skin is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from pan and slice into 1-inch cubes.  Keep warm.
  • Fry the cabbage in pan for 2 mins.  Season with salt and pepper.
  • Divide onto four plates and place the cut chicken on top.
  • Spread mustardnaise (made by mixing all ingredients together) on the chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Place each plate under a hot grill till cheese melts and mustardnaise is hot.
  • Serve garnished with leeks.
