  • For pancakes:
  • 50 g - plain flour
  • 1-1.5 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 2 tsp - Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • For Honey and Orange Sauce:
  • 150 ml - Orange juice
  • 30 ml - Honey
  • 1 tsp - Corn starch
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice-cream
  • To garnish:
  • whipped Cream
  • strawberries
  • How to Make Pancake Filled with Ice Cream:

    1. To prepare pancakes:
    2. Using a hand mixer, combine all ingredients to make a batter.
    3. Heat a frying pan 15 cm in diameter.
    4. Heat the butter, pour a quarter of the mixture into the pan.
    5. Cook on both sides.
    6. Repeat process for remaining mixture.
    7. To prepare honey and orange sauce:
    8. Pour the orange juice and honey into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
    9. Thicken sauce with corn starch.
    10. Put 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream on each pancake.
    11. Roll the pancakes into tube-like shapes.
    12. Cut each pancake into two and arrange on a plate.
    13. Pour the honey and orange sauce over the pancakes.
    14. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
