  • 1/2 cup - Corn flour
  • 2 - Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup - Flour, Maida
  • 1/2 cup - Milk batter
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water.
  • How to Make Pancakes - Wheat and Corn flour:

    1. Combine the maida and the corn flour in a bowl, blend it with water into a batter.
    2. Then add milk and the beaten eggs. Stir until it's well mixed and of a thick pancake consistency.
    3. Add salt and pepper powder to taste to it.
    4. Now heat a non-stick pan, pour or scoop the batter onto it, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
