Ingredients

  • 200g -sugar
  • 200g- maida/all purpose flour
  • 100 ml -milk
  • 100 ml- oil
  • 1 tsp-vanilla essence
  • 2- eggs

How to Make Pancakes

  • Sieve together maida, baking powder and powdered sugar.
  • Mix all the ingredients with beaten eggs.
  • Put some oil on the pan.
  • Pour out a little batter on the pan to make small pancakes.
