Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - Cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - Moong dal
  • 1/2 cup - Urad Dal
  • 1/4 tsp - Methi seeds (fenugreek)
  • 1 cup - Raw Rice
  • How to Make Pancakes with Rice and Dhals:

    1. Soak raw rice, channa dal, moong dal, urad dal and methi seeds for four hours.
    2. Grind with sufficient water, into a fine paste.
    3. Heat a non-stick frying pan and spread the batter evenly, with the back of the ladle, to make a round shape.
    4. Cover the dosa with a lid. When done on both sides, remove with a flat ladle.
    5. Serve with coconut chutney.
