Ingredients

  • Idly - 8, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - sambar powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Masala powder - a little
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Salt to taste
  • For seasoning- Oil, mustard, Urad Dal
  • How to Make Pancharatna Idli:

    1. In a pan, add oil and splutter mustard, urad dal.
    2. Add onion and saute well. Then add tomato and fry well till the raw smell goes.
    3. Add idli pieces with all powders and salt. Fry and mix well.
