Ingredients

  • Idly - 8, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - sambar powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Masala powder - a little
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Salt to taste
  • For seasoning- Oil, mustard, Urad Dal

How to Make

  • In a pan, add oil and splutter mustard, urad dal.
  • Add onion and saute well. Then add tomato and fry well till the raw smell goes.
  • Add idli pieces with all powders and salt. Fry and mix well.
