Ingredients

  • 200 gm - Paneer (cubes)
  • 3 - capsicum, medium sized
  • 1 - Onion medium
  • 2 - Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Green chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • How to Make Paneer - Capsicum Sabzi:

    1. Keep a kadai on the stove and put oil in it, add crushed garlic and after frying for a minute.
    2. Add chopped onion and fry for 2 mins.
    3. Then put capsicum pieces. Cook for some time by keeping a lid on the kadai.
    4. When capsicum is cooked, add paneer and stir lightly for a minute.
    5. Then put salt, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
    6. Stir for a minute and remove from flame.
