Ingredients

  • 200 gm - paneer (cubes)
  • 3 - capsicum, medium sized
  • 1 - onion medium
  • 2 - garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - green chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt, to taste

How to Make Paneer - Capsicum Sabzi

  • Keep a kadai on the stove and put oil in it, add crushed garlic and after frying for a minute.
  • Add chopped onion and fry for 2 mins.
  • Then put capsicum pieces. Cook for some time by keeping a lid on the kadai.
  • When capsicum is cooked, add paneer and stir lightly for a minute.
  • Then put salt, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
  • Stir for a minute and remove from flame.
