  • Paneer 200 g (cubes)
  • Medium-sized Capsicums - 3 (Sliced)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves (chopped)
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Green chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer - Capsicum Subzi:

    1. Keep a kadai on the stove and put oil in it.
    2. When the oil is hot, add garlic pieces, and after frying for a minute, add onion pieces.
    3. Fry for 2 minutes. Then, put capsicum pieces.
    4. Cook for some time by keeping a lid on the kadai.
    5. When capsicum is cooked, add paneer and stir lightly for a minute.
    6. Then, add salt, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
    7. Stir for a minute on medium flame.
    8. Now the sabzi is ready.
    9. Goes well with rotis and puris.
