Ingredients

  • 250 gm - paneer, cut like finger chips
  • 250 gm - baby corn, parboiled
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - oregano
  • 2 tbsp - lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - green capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup - red capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup - yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup - onion, sliced
  • white pepper powder to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer and Baby Corn Stir Fry

  • Marinate paneer and baby corn in all the ingredients from chilli powder to Worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp of oil for 30 mins.
  • Heat remaining oil in a non-stick wok.
  • Stir fry all the capsicums and onion for 2 mins.
  • Add paneer, white pepper, salt and babycorn with the marinade to the wok. Stir-fry on high heat for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot with flour or maize tortillas.
