Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Basmati Rice
  • 10 - button Mushrooms
  • 20 - Paneer cubed
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 2 tsp - Ghee
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 1.5 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp - ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 - garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - garnish with chopped Mint and Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Paneer and mushroom pulav:

    1. Heat 2 tsp oil and 2 tsp ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add chopped garlic, ginger, onion and tomato, and fry. Add rice and stir.
    2. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and stir.
    3. Add cleaned mushroom and paneer and 2 glasses of water.
    4. Cook covered on a low flame for 25 mins.
    5. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
    6. Tasty pulav is ready.
