  • 250 g - paneer
  • 4 - tomatoes large
  • 4 pieces - garlic
  • 2 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - coriander seeds
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • Coriander leaves
  • salt

How to Make Paneer and tomato

  • Cut the tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
  • Roast cumin, coriander seeds and grind it to a powder.
  • In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly browned.
  • Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil, add the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
  • When it boils, add the paneer and cook it till done.
  • Before taking off the heat, sprinkle with the dry masala.
  • Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapattis.
