  • 1/2 cup - condensed milk
  • 2.5 cups - whole milk
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 1 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup - grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup - grated apple
  • 1/4 cup - mixed nuts (broken)

How to Make Paneer Apple Kheer

  • Cook grated apple with a little water in microwave high for 1 minute. Let it cool.
  • Boil the milk in a pan, add the condensed milk and keep stirring.
  • Add sugar and cardamom powder and let it simmer on low flame for about 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • Now add the grated paneer and continue simmering on low flame for 10 more minutes.
  • Add nuts and remove from fire.
  • When it cools, add the cooked apple.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled.
