Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg - Paneer, crumbled
  • 2 - Onions, chopped fine
  • 1 - tomato, chopped fine - 1
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp -garam masala
  • coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Bhurjee

  • Take butter in a pan, add jeera. Once it becomes brown, add onions and saute till translucent.
  • Add capsicum and saute for 5 mins.
  • Add salt and tomatoes and saute till it gets mixed up.
  • Add chilli powder, garam masala and mix well.
  • Add the paneer and saute till it mixes well.
  • Preferably, do not saute much after the paneer has been added
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
