Ingredients

  • 1/2 Kg - Paneer, crumbled
  • 2 - Onions, chopped fine
  • 1 - tomato, chopped fine - 1
  • 1 - capsicum, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp -garam masala
  • coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Paneer Bhurjee:

    1. Take butter in a pan, add jeera. Once it becomes brown, add onions and saute till translucent.
    2. Add capsicum and saute for 5 mins.
    3. Add salt and tomatoes and saute till it gets mixed up.
    4. Add chilli powder, garam masala and mix well.
    5. Add the paneer and saute till it mixes well.
    6. Preferably, do not saute much after the paneer has been added
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
