  • 2 cups - crumbled Paneer
  • 1 - Onion (chopped finely)
  • 1/2 cup - Bell pepper (green and red)
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • How to Make Paneer Bhurji with Bell Peppers:

    1. Heat oil and crackle cumin seeds.
    2. Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
    3. Now add the chopped green chillies, chopped bell peppers, give a quick stir and add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder with salt. Saute for a few seconds.
    4. Finally, add the scrambled paneer and cook on simmer while stirring continuously.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as side dish.
